中文摘要

     學生階段乃是學習與奠定健康行為上是最重要的時期,今日的青少年及其日後成年期的健康狀態,將由他們所採行的健康生活型態所決定;因此,以學校為對象進行校園健康營造計畫的推動,將有助於學生型塑健康的生活方式,同時亦是最具成本效益的保健策略。行政院衛生署國民健康局積極委託各縣市辦理學校健康營造計畫,並訂立工作內容,以朝向健康學校的目標邁進。學校健康營造其精神是藉由全體學校師生自主與自決,建立「由下而上」的機制,尊重個別差異以營造自動學習的環境作為終身習奠基,同時透過適當的議題,將健康取向內化為個人及校園的優先價值,以創造學生自行規劃健康生活的空間,藉以形成健康環境以實踐健康的生活,進而影響在地社區之民眾,同時也促使學校成為一個有益於生活、學習的健康場所,期望藉由結合校園內外資源之整合,進行「學校健康營造計」,以達到校園「健康生活化,生活健康化」的永續經營之目標。

英文摘要

     The school years are the most important period in a person's life for establishing healthy behavior. The health status of a teenager or young adult will be determined by the lifestyle they select during their school years. Therefore, providing a healthy environment through health-promoting schools has become the most effective way to reach the goal of Health for All. The Bureau of Health Promotion in Taiwan has commissioned local governments to implement programs in various counties. Through a bottom-up approach, staff and students of schools take responsibility for improving their own health and determining their own health issues to solve. Further, learning environments are automatically created and participants are empowered through various discussion and interaction processes. Participants therefore can take advantage of school resources in these health-promoting schools to practice healthy behaviors.
