愛滋病護理是當今炙手可熱的議題，亦是發展中的一門專業。本文就愛滋病照護發展的現況、病患常見的問題、精神衛生護理人員可以扮演的角色與功能、以及愛滋病護理未來的展望做一簡介。透過本文，讀者可以更了解愛滋病護理，精神衛生護理人員的功能及未來其照護愛滋病患者的角色。

　　　　　AIDS care is a hot issue in the world. It is a developing professional concern. In this paper, current conditions of AIDS care are first introduced, followed by common problems of HIV/AIDS patients, the roles and functions of mental health nurses, and future directions of AIDS care. Through reading this paper, readers will have a better understanding of AIDS care, the functions of mental health nurses and the developing roles of these nurses in the care of patients with AIDS.
