本研究旨在探討校長專業成長的重要性、分析目前中小學校長專業成長的課程內含、據此建構高雄縣中小學校長專業成長主題,及建置一套資訊分享平台,已作為教育處籌辦校長成長學苑之依據,並以提供其他縣市教育行政機構規劃校長進修方案之參考。本研究經由文獻探討及座談方式進行,課程規劃由規劃小組高雄縣7位現任校長參與並經由座談探討,歸納出三年的實體課程,共分四個課程導向,分別是教育領導與組織管理、學校經營與特色發展、教育議題與溝通課程、自我經營與生涯發展,及12個領域課程。與75個子課程。

英文摘要

This study amis to discuss the imporeance of Principal's development and to analyze current Principal's development program content.The study results will be constructed as the future topics of Principal's development program in the elementary and junior high schools in Kaohsiung County. Information sharing platform system will be constructed as the reference for setting up Principal's development center by MOE,as well as other study plans for Principlas by other educational administration organizations. The study results are collected by literature discussion and information discussion.The program planning team,seven current Principals in Kaohsiung County,will participate in the information discussion. The program content will be analyzed in the information discussion. The three-year programs will be concluded into four types of program-oriented:educational leading and organizational management,school management and character development,educational issues and communication program,as well as self management and career development.Also,twelve professional professional programs and seventy-five subsidiary programs are concluded in the four types of program-oriented.
