本文昌在根據組織倫理氣候觀點,發展出國民小學倫理氣候量表,同時藉以衡量國民小學倫理氣候現況、背景變項與倫理氣候之關聯。研究採取問卷調查法,以相關分析、信度分析、因素分析及變異數分析統計分析資料。研究結論為﹒(一)國民小學組織倫理氣候係由三個層面構成;(二)國民小學組織倫理氣候現況大致良好;(三)國民小學組織倫理氣候以「法律與專業」層面表現最好r獨立與規範」層面最低;(四)性別、職務與規模在組織倫理氣候上有部分達顯著差異。最後根據研究結論,提出建議供參考。

英文摘要

The major purpose of this study was to revise ethical climate inventory using ethical climate and measure aspects of ethical climate of elementary school. Theresearcher adopted questionnaire survey. Theobtained data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, Scheffe method, and multiple regression analysis. Themain findings of this study were listed as follows:1. Theethical climate of elementary school contains three factors. 2. Thegeneral situations of ethical climate of elementary school are good.3. Thebest dimension of ethical climate is “lawand profession" and the lowest is“independence and norm." 4. Therewere significant differences of the teachers' demographic variables such as gender, positions, and school's size. Based on the results of the study, some suggestions are proposed.
