隨著知識經濟社會的來臨,在全球高度競爭的趨勢下,如何提升國家經濟全面的競爭能力,以便和世界接軌,則教育的發展尤顯其重要性。然而在知識經濟時代,要發展教育則必須重視校長的知識頓導,因為校長知識頓導能引導學校有效的管理與分享知識,進而促使組織能達到成功與卓壯成長。
透過本文的探討,了解到校長再知識經濟時代應靈活扮演知識分享者、知識創新者、知識管理者、知識學習者與資訊整合者等角色,並確實落實建立知識分享的文化、激發創新發展能力、支持組織成員學習、積極推動知識管理、整合資訊系統等五層面,才能提升校長知識頓導的能力。

英文摘要

While the society of the 21st century is increasingly becoming a society of globalized, information-based economy, education in Taiwan, as part of a knowledge -based society, must rethink itself. Itgoes without saying that principal plays an extremely important role in the development of education. Hence, principals' knowledge leadership must be emphasized in our contemporar knowledge economy age. Principals' knowledge leadership can manage, share school knowledge, and enable school to be successful and thrive.
The conclusions of this research are as follows: 1.Principals should play knowledge sharer, knowledge innovator, knowledge manager, knowledge learner, and information integrator in knowledge economy age. 2. Principals should promote organization to share knowledge, encourage the ability of innovate development, support organization members to learn, constructive follow out knowledge management, and integrate information system during knowledge economy age.
