中文摘要

本研究的目的在探討國小教師績效責任信念、知識管理與班級經營效能之闢係。本研究採取文獻分析與調查研究方法。調查研究以花蓮台東二縣市公立學校303位教師為樣本。所蒐集資料以平均數、標準差、積差相關、逐步多元迴歸進行資料分析。本研究結論如下:(1)國民小學教師績效責 任信念與班級經營效能情況大致良好,教師知識管理有恃加強。(2 )教師績效責任信念、知識管理與班級經營效能三者之間,呈中度正相關。(3 ) 教師績效責任信念、知識管理對班級經營效能,有顯著預測力。根據研究結果,研究者提出若干建議,做為教育行政機關國民小學及未來研究之參考。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among teacher's belief of accountability, knowledge management and class management effectiveness in elementary schools. Theresearcher adopted questionnaire survey The objects were 303 teachers from public elementary schools in Hualien and Taitung county. Theobtained data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, Pearson Pro duct- Moment Correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Themain findings of this study were listed as follows: l.Thegeneral situations of g teacher's belief of accountability, and class management effectiveness are good. But knowledge management is need to improve. 2. Thereare close relationships among teacher's belief of accountability, knowledge management and class management effectiveness.3.The class management effectiveness can be predicted based on teacher's belief of accountability and knowledge management. Based on the results of the study, some suggestions for educational administrative agencies, elementary school and future research are proposed.
