目的:探討ACTN3R577X和ACE lID基因多形性與優秀爆發型運動員 的相關性。方法:研究對象為曾參加亞運的優秀運動員,篩選分類後退出爆發型個人項目(男性71人、女性54人),團體項目(男性62人、女性71人),並選自臺灣地區一般族群(男性361人、女性242人)做為對照族群,以聚合晦鏈鎖反應﹒限制臨片段長度多形性技術分析。結果:(1)一般族群AC甘113 R577X多形性位點之R對偶基因頻率為0.56 ; ACE lID多形性之D 對偶基因頻率為OJO。運動員中個人項目與團體項目之ACTN3之R對偶基因頻率分別為0.59與0.51' ACE之D對偶基因頻率分別為0.32與OJ5,與 一般民眾之分配頻率並無顯著性差異。女性個人項目ACTN3577XX基因型 之分配頻率(0.11)顯著低於團體項目(OJI)及一般民眾之分配頻率(0.23)0 (2)將ACTN3與ACE二基因合併分析,個人項目ACEDD與ACTN3。 577XX分配頻率為0,團體項目(0.05)及一般民眾之分配頻率(0.02)。結論: 運動員的爆發或耐力表現,無法以一個基因解釋,可能受到多種基因調控,ACTN3基因可能是選拔優秀爆發型運動員的候選基因。
Recent studies have suggested that ACTN3 R577X and ACE liD polymorphism might be associated with some aspects of speed and endurance performance in athletes. Purpose: To examine the role of ACTN3 R577X and ACE liD polymorphism in elite power athletes in Taiwan. Methods: Subjects were athletes had trained for Asian Games. Subjects were classified according to their participation in individual sports (IND, 71 males and 54 females) or team sports (TEAM, 62 males and 71 females). The control group (CON, 361 males and 242 females) was drawn from the Taiwanese general population. The genotype of ACTN3 and ACE genes was determined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Results: 1) The distribution of ACTN3 and ACE genotypes was not significantly different between the athletes and the CON. For females, the frequency of the ACTN3 577XX genotype was significantly (p< .05) lower in IND (II%) as compared to CON (23%) and TEAM (31 %). However, this phenomenon was not seen in male athletes. 2) None of the athletes in this study exhibited both the ACTN3 577XX and ACE DO genotypes. Conclusion: There was no significant difference in ACE liD and ACTN3 R577X polymorphism between the athletes and the controls. Since none of the athletes had both ACTN3 577XX and ACE DD genotypes, power performance may be determined by multiple genetic traits. ACTN3 may be a candidate gene for searching elite power athletes.
