目的:本研究主要探討服用鎮靜型中藥後從事個人對抗賽對射箭選手生理反應及運動表現之影響。方法:以13位男性健康射箭選手為對象,採隨機交叉平衡次序法,分別給予每位受試者服用酸東仁湯(STRT)、桂枝龍骨牡蠣湯(GLMT)或安慰劑(PL)三天,每天服用三次,每次服用2.旬,並於射箭對抗賽前30分鐘再服用2.0g'之後在於射箭個人對抗賽前,測量心跳率、血壓及測定促腎上腺皮質激素、皮質醇、腎上腺素、正腎上腺素、華固蚓、皮質醇、生長激素及泌乳素等荷爾蒙的濃度,統計方面,以paired“ttest統計及 單因子變異數分析分別作組內及組間差異之比較。結果:STRT組於競賽前後的腎上腺素濃度分別顯著低於競賽前後PL組;而GLMT組於競賽前的正腎上腺素濃度顯著低於PL組,但競賽後的正腎上腺素濃度與PL組比較,並未達顯著差異;此外,服用酸東仁湯及桂枝龍骨牡蠣湯二種鎮靜型中藥後,對射箭成績並未呈現較佳的表現。結論:綜合以上結果得知,服用酸泉仁湯及桂枝龍骨牡蠣湯雖均為鎮靜型中藥,但在競賽壓力下,對射箭成績無顯著影響。

英文摘要

Purpose: This study investigated the effects of sedative herbs supplementation on physiological responses and performance in mental stimuli. Methods: Thirteen male archery athletes were divided into three groups (Suan-Tzau-Ren Tang, STRT; Guizhi-Longgu-Muli Tang, GLMT; placebo, PL) in a crossover design and received supplementation for consecutive three days before the personal archery competition. STRT, GLMT and placebo were given at the dose of 2.0g/time, 3 times per day. Besides, the subjects also took the STRT, GLMT or placebo 30 min at the day before the personal archery competition. A 2-wk washout period followed before the subjects crossed over and received the alternate supplement. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 11.0. The paired t-test was applied to evaluate the significance of differences between pre-and post-competition, one way ANOVA was applied to evaluate the significance of differences between three groups. The physiological variables th剖were examined included heart rate, systolic blood pressure, glucose, adrenocorticotropic hormone, growth hormone, testosterone, cortisol and prolactin. Results: The levels of epinephrine in the STRT group were significantly decreased as compared with the PL group at pre-competition and post-competition. The levels of norepinephrine in the GLMT group were significantly decreased as compared with the PL group at pre-competition, but no significant differences were found at post-competition. The archery performance did not show the differences among trials. Conclusion: This study indicated that the supplementations of these two sedative herbs have no effect on archery performance.
