組織氛圍對一個組織影響至大且鉅,不只是組織的成員會受到感染,就連踏入組織的訪客亦可以感受得到組織的氛圍,故組織氛圍的營造,對組織而言其重要性自然就不言而喻。創新不只是突破或新奇,創新的目的更在於價值之創造,學校組織的創新,就是擺脫傳統困頓的舊思維,以全新的氣象、嶄新的作為發展學校的特色、突破學校現有的困境、達成學校的教育目標。因為組織氛圍的構成層面,包括了軟體與硬體、過去與現在、可見與可不見…因此,組織氛圍的營造必須從近而遠再由遠而近,從內而外再由外而內,猶如三度立體空間一般來著手,唯有如此才能根本的建立所欲的創新氛圍。故本文係就組織創新氛圍及相關研究進行探析,並提出可行建議,以期促進學校組織創新氛圍之型塑及推展。

英文摘要

The organization atmosphere weaves the influence to a group to be utmost also the hard iron. Not only organizes the member can receive the infection, treads into the organization the visitor also may feel the organization the atmosphere. Therefore organization atmosphere building, its importance speaking of the organization to be naturally self-evident.Creates newly not only breaks through or is novel, the innovation goal lies in creation the value. The school organization's innovation, gets rid of the traditional exhausted old thought. By the brand-new meteorology, the brand-new achievement develops the school characteristic, breaks through the school existing difficult position, and achieves the school the education goal. Because of organization atmosphere constitution stratification plane, including software and hardware, past and present, obviously and not obviously. Therefore, the organization atmosphere builds must from near and far again by far and is near, from in but outside again by outside but in. Just like three three-dimensional spaces generally to begin, only has creates the new atmosphere which so can the basic establishment want. Therefore this organizes the innovation atmosphere and the correlation studies the line to search analyzes. And proposes may a line of suggestion. To the time promotes shape of the school organization innovation atmosphere to model and to promote.
