本研究以三方面向的觀點探討影響組織績效的前因變項,也就是從資訊效果參與的觀點和後設認知等二個層面探討組織績效的影響性。母體選擇臺灣金融業,十四家金融控股公司各發出450份問卷,合計有效回收340份,有效回收率為75.55%。實證研究結果:資訊參與的效果與組織績效無顯著的影響;存在著資訊參與效果會經由提高後設認知,提高組織績效的間接效果。工具性後設認知之能力對於組織績效影響不顯著;但內容性後設認知能力對於組織績效影響有顯著且呈正向的影響。建議金控管理者可藉由對員工後設認知的加強以增加公司的組織績效。

英文摘要

This thesis indicates that the relationship between the information participation and organization performance of the holding companies in Taiwan. If meta-cognition is an intervening variable of the information participation and organizational performance, it proves that the relationship the information participation and organizational performance is positive and obvious. Maternal choose the holding companies in Taiwan to control the enterprise 14 greatest groups, 14 the holding companies are each to send out 450 questionnaires, adding up to recover 340 effectively, the valid recovery rate is 75.55%. In addition, the information participation can get an indirect influence to increase organization performance by adding meta-cognition, The demonstrations show that the relationship between participation and organization performance is negative, Therefore, the relationship between the information participation and organization performance has not reached a consistent conclusion until now. In order to explain the inconsistent relationship between the information participation and organization performance, the studies are based on the meta-cognition as an intervening variable. After the demonstrations, without dividing into groups, meta-cognition has an indirect influence between participation and performance. However, by dividing into groups, it does not indicate the causation relationship except that of the group of high level managers to join the meta-cognition of heuristics style.
