日本為教育做了多次改革,為使日本教育能夠邁向當今二十一世紀所追求之教育目標。隨著歷年的教育改革脈絡,教育必須因應快速變遷的環境以及不可預測因素,基於「重視個性化原則」、「邁向終身教育體系的轉移」、「面對未來變化的因應」、「注重學校自主性」、「拓展性教育課程的編訂與改善」等教育改革的基本觀點進行一系列的教育改革,並強調教育改革將與其他領域之改革相呼應,才能真正培育出對國家社會有貢獻之人才。

英文摘要

Several education reforms were operated in Japan, in order to obtaining educational objectives under 21st century. Along with the context of education reform, education should be faced changed environment and unpredictable factors. According to “Attach Importance to Personality”, “Moving Forward Transferring Life-long Education System”, “Respond to face change in the future”, “Emphasize Schools’ Independence”, “Operate Developmental Educational Courses,” executing a series of education reform. Emphasizing that education reform connects with other reform in different areas, then fostering contributive people in society. From 1971 to 2009, education reform passed by 38 years. There is a more active and broad education reform of Japan, in order to making people think by themselves and innovative in the future. Training students’ innovation, and strengthening moral education on students. Under the
context, contemporary education reform of Japan developed core targets, including “Improve Educational System and Breed Abundant Humanity”, “Sensitively Respond to Change of the Needs of Society”, “Actively Associate with Society”, “Foster Internationalization Through Returned Students”, “Expand Range of Education Reform and Negotiate with Other Areas”. Refl ecting and thinking the education reform of Taiwan by contemporary core targets of education reform of Japan, we can get reflection on school management, including “Build Characteristic School”, “Execute Combined Learning Time,” “Put Innovation into School System”, “Operate Moral Education,” “Train the Staff in School.” From analyzing the education reform of Japan, principals can get more information and reflection in order to improving our education.
