本文從溫病學的角度，研究腸病毒感染的中醫理論及治療方案。腸病毒是一種濕熱疫毒。腸病毒感染臨床常見的辨證類型，包括「邪鬱肺衛」、「衛氣同病」、「氣營兩熔」等。病情嚴重者，可見「熱毒迫營」「 熱毒入心包」甚則引起腎陽虛衰，內閉外脫等危證。中醫治療腸病毒的感染，以銀翹散合六一散辛涼解表、清熱化濕，或以黃連解毒湯合五味消毒飲瀉火;青熱、解毒利濕。病情嚴重者，以住院治療為主，中西結合治療是主要關鍵，西醫支持治療， 配合中醫辨證施治， 在熱毒迫營血階段，以清瘟敗毒飲清熱解毒、涼營護陰為主; 在熱閉心色階段，以安宮牛黃丸清心開竅為主。

In the present, to study the theory and treatment for humen enterovirus infectionin Chinese medicine is from the view of warm diseases. Human enterovirus isanepidemic virus which is called damp-heat epidemic toxin in Chinese medical theory. The advanced diseases of human enterovirus included the patterns of “ heat-toxin distressing construction" and “ heat-toxin entering the pericardium" , even caused critical pattems of debilitation of kidney yang"and “ intemal block and outward desertion" The Chinese medical treatment of enterovirus infection in clinic is administered by yin-qiao san and liu-yi san to resolve the exterior with coolness and acridityas well as to clear heat and transform dampness or by huang-lian-jie-du tangand wu-wei-xiao-du yin to drain fire and c1ear heat as well as to resolve toxin and disinhibit dampness. If one' s illness is severe, he should be hospitalized and treated by integration of Chinese medicine and western medicine. To combine with western medicine with supportive treatment and Chinese medicine with pattern idientification and administering treatment is the key point of the treatment. During the stage of heat-toxin distressing construction-blood, quin wen bai du yin is the main decoction in therapy with the efficacy of c1earing heat and resolving toxin as well as cooling construction and protecting yin. During the stage of heat blocked in the pericardium, the main formula is an-gong-nid-huang wan with the efficacy of clearing the heat and opening the orifices.
