A retropubic radical prostatectomy is considered standard treatment for organ-confined prostatic cancer. Common postoperative complications include incontinence, impotence, anastomotic stricture, stitch abscess, and an incisional hernia. We present 2 cases of an unusual complication in which a vesical stone was induced by a migrating surgical clip after a retropubic radical prostatectomy.
