無刀式輸精管結紮手術已經被廣泛使用。應用這種手術方法作輸精管再接合手術則尚未被報告過，我們報告無刀式輸精管再接合手術之開刀方法及22個病人的臨床經驗，應用無刀式手術方法，三分之二的病人可以在局部麻醉下完成輸精管再接合之顯微鏡手術。開刀後陰囊腫脹程度及疼痛較為輕微，這種手術方法應是值得推薦。

The technique of a no-scalpel vasectomy has gained wide acceptance. We found that approach is also feasible for vasectomy reversal in selected patients. Herein, we describe our technique and experience using a no-scalpel approach for a vasovasostomy in 40 vas units in 22 patients. The no-scalpel technique appears to minimize post operative scrotal swelling and discomfort associated with vasectomy reversal.
