表皮樣囊腫是一種少見的良性睪丸內腫瘤，大約佔所有睪丸內腫瘤的百分之一到二，通常發生在二十到四十歲的成年男性 它的臨床表徵通常是一個外包清楚而無痛的腫瘤。如果能在手術前，利用超音波或核磁共振掃描儀等影像，正確評估睪丸內表皮樣囊腫，對泌尿科醫師決定治療方式是非常重要的。在此，我們提出一個隱睪症合併表皮樣囊腫這種病例，並作文獻回顧。

Epidermoid cyst is a rare benign tumor of the testis, it is estimated to represent 1~2% of all testicular tumors. Most of the lesions were detected in the second to the fourth decades of life and were often found by self-examination or during a routine physical check-up. Herein, we report a testicular epidermoid cyst which was incidentally found in cryptorchid testis after orchiectomy. (J Urol R.O.C., 9:159-161,1998)
