Multimedia-broadcast multicast-service (MBMS) will become a promising service of existing and emerging cellular wireless systems (3G/4G, WiMAX etc.) for a variety of applications, such as broadcasting pro-gram-on-demand and real-time video streaming services. Uniform coverage-reception and high-speed data stream-ing at the cell-edge for multi-cell MBMS are necessary.
