本研究旨在探討幼托園所運用創新理念在行政管理、課程與教學、教師專業發展的實施方法。本研究計畫擬透過立意抽樣的方式,尋找具創新經營理念且願意接受深入訪談之幼托園所,針對上述三個層面,進行質性研究,運用觀察、訪談、文件分析等方式,獲得與研究主題相關的結論,並提供若干建議,以供園所人員和主管行政機關,及相關人員參考。

英文摘要

The purpose of this research is to study innovational practical methods of administration and management, curriculum and instruction, and teacher professional development in preschools of Tainan City. The study explored with the process of literature analysis and observation, interviews and document analysis in preschools. Th is study was accomplished with qualitative research method and presented conclusion and suggestion for personnel of preschools, government level and related organization.
