中文摘要

利用高功率大型基地台(Macro eNB)與低功率微型(Pico eNB)/超微型基地台(Femto eNB)混合佈建 的網路架構,被稱作異質網路(Heterogeneous Netwo型hletNet)。為了解決HetNet中高功率與低功率基 地台間同頻干擾問題,LTE Advanced提出了增強型細胞間干擾協調(Enhanced設tercell Interference Coordination, elCIC)的機制框透過近乎空白子訊框(Almost Blank Subframe會ABS)的設計範讓鄰近基地台協調不傳送資料的子訊框,以減少干擾。然而,ABS子訊框的設計,卻會對訊號覆蓋範圍邊界(Cell edge)的使用者裝置(User Equipment接UE)產生異常換手行為的副作用。原因在於LTE UE會量測服務 基地台與鄰近基地台的參考信號接收品質(Reference Signal Received Quahty,RSRQ),並回報給服務 基地台’讓服務基地台決定該UE是否需要換手。然而行UE量測到空白子訊框時’由於干擾源較少’ 所回報的RSRQ值會過於樂觀,因此產生不正常換手行為。本論文針對量測到ABS子訊框的UE提出偵測RSRQ回報值異常且修正RSRQ回報值的機制,藉此改善HetNet內UE異常換手的情形,減少不必要的換手動作。

英文摘要

A network architecture consists of high power Macro eNBs, Pico eNBs and Fe mto eNBs is called the Heterogene ous Network (HetNet) In order to re duce interfer ence between eNBs in the Het Net, LT E Advanced proposes e mechanism te s olve inte r 什equency interference between m acro eNB cahe pico eNB in the H etNet, which is termed Enhanced Intercell Interference Coordination (elCIC). However, the design of Almost Blank Subframe (ABS ) in the elCIC mecha nis m may cause abnormal han dovar s to user equipmants (UE) in cell edges. Since an ABS of a neighbor eNB in configured to transfer no data, )he channel quality during the 什ame becom es bet ter a nd thus and les s interference. , However, i t misleads the measuremen t of an LTE UE about to better RSSI and RSRQ values, which causes , abnormal handovers. Consequently, this paper proposes a mechanis m that uses the layer-3 R adio Resource Manag ement (R RM) function of an e NB to dete ct and correct abnormal RSRQ and RSSI values. This mechanism can alleviate the load imbalance happened in the HetNet and thus enhance the capacity of the overall network system.
