「組織健康」的概念是用來檢驗學校氣候的另一觀點,主要是以健康的概念來探討有關學校組織氣候的概念。隨著職場健康心理學的漸漸興起,組織健康概念也開始變成組織研究的重要焦點。健康之學校組織係指:學校在技術、管理及制度層面上處於和諧狀態。研究指出,學校組織的健康,可以對學校組織效能產生正向的影響。一所健康的學校組織,在技術層面、管理層面,以及組織結構層面,均能表現出應有的效能。本研究以文獻探討方式進行,蒐集組織健康之相關文獻進行探討,首先介紹組織健康之源起,接著探究其內涵及相關研究與測量工具,最後提出組織健康觀點在學校組織應用之啟示。

英文摘要

The organizational health is another concept to examine the school climate. With the rise of occupational health psychology, organizational health concept has become an important viewpoint in organizational research. A healthy school organization means that the technical, managerial, and institutional levels in school are balanced. It is found that the school health has the significant effects on school effectiveness. A healthy school organization is effective in technical, managerial, and institutional levels. The article analyzes the works and critiques of the organizational health. First, the article introduces the origin of the organizational health, and then explores the related articles and measurement tools. Finally, based on the conclusions drawn from the discussion above, we reflect on the application of organizational health on school organization.
