在國民教育階段家長參與是學校教育改革的方針,更是促進辦學績效的助力,因此讓家長實際參與教育事務,才可提高學校、家長與學生的共同價值。當然家長參與的範圍極為廣泛,包含家校聯繫、協助學校性事務及代表決策等,對於教育問題日漸繁重的學校可提供相當人力資源及建議。然而影響家長參與的因素甚多,包含著家長個人特質及與學校互動的過程,加以學校人員抱持著保守辦學心態,因此造成家長參與普遍性低落,甚至擴大親師對於教育認知的差異。視子女的教育成就是親師所共同關心的議題,學校教育人員應該主動辦理引導家長參與策略,所以對於教育實務者的建議為:1.正視家長參與時代意義,調整親師合作開放心態;2.兼顧教育目標與家長期望,訂定適切在地辦學目標;3.加強暢通親師聯繫管道,塑造良好教育夥伴氛圍;4.辦理親職教育新知講座,提增家長正確教養效能;5.善用重要他人進行邀約,吸引家長參與教育行列;6.活用家長參與多元類型,據以提增整體辦學效能;7.訂立明確家長參與規範,避免外行干預專業窘態。

英文摘要

Enhancing parent participation has become a direction of school reform and parent participation also is a boost to promote educational performance in school operation in compulsory education. If parents actually involved in educational affairs , it can improve more values include schools, parents and students . Parent participation is including homeschool participation, school-based participation and so on. There are many factors to affect parent participation, including the parents' personal characteristics and the process of interaction with the school, and mors school’ staffs don’t open theirself, so parent participation is lower. Depending on children's educational achievement, school’ staffs should lead parents to involve in educational affairs. Overall, the study provide some major suggestions for school’ practical applications.
