療肝性肋膜積水是臨床的一大挑戰，因為肋膜積水是肝臟硬化後常見的併發症之一。臨床定義為肝硬化病人出現肋膜積水，以及排除其他的心肺疾病。治療包括內科治療、手術以及肝臟移植。我們報告一個以豬尾巴導管成功治療的病例以及相關的文獻回顧。

Treatment of hepatic hydrothorax is a clinical challenge, and pleural effusion is a common complication in patients with liver cirrhosis. The clinical definition of hepatic hydrothorax is cirrhotic patients with pleural effusion without cardiopulmonary disease. Treatments include medication, surgical intervention, and liver transplantation. We report the successful treatment of hepatic hydrothorax with a pigtail and review the related literature.
