本研究採用文獻分析法(literature review)瞭解教師領導與分布式領導之涵義及其相關研究,以及幼兒園教師領導之現況與對園長分布式領導的影響,進而探討改善或提昇幼兒園組織運作、課程實施、園長領導及教師之可行因素,並提供具體建議,以供教育行政主管機關及未來研究人員之參考。本研究發現,幼兒園具發展教師領導及園長分布式領導之可行性,惟欠缺完整的書面計畫,但在課程與教學實務上,早已實踐教師領導與園長分布式領導之信念。因此,本研究提出具體建議為(一)建立幼兒園教師領導及園長分布式領導之信念;(二)增進幼兒園教師參與園務行政機會;(三)著手研擬幼兒園教師領導與園長分布式領導之內涵。

英文摘要

The study investigates the relationship between teacher leadership and director’s distributed leadership in preschool. Literature review seeks to understand the meaning and related researches in terms of the teacher leadership and director’s distributed leadership. It points out that the current practice of teacher leadership and its’ impact on director’s distributed leadership. It discusses educational system, curriculum, director’s leadership and teachers, so the improvement for preschool can be found. Some suggestions are made for the official administration and the interested researchers. The finding of the study indicates the possibility of teacher leadership and director’s leadership in preschool. However, this study also points out the need of a comprehensive written plan for practice though the implementation is done. Therefore, this study proposes to: 1. Cultivate the concept of director’s distributed leadership; 2. Enhance opportunities for participation in the preschool’s administration of preschool educators; 3. Work on the sketch of the meaning of teacher leadership and director’s distributed leadership.
