問題導向學習(Problem Based Learning, PBL) 近年來在護理教育改革中常廣泛被運用,某護理學系碩士班以「護理理論與專科護理學理論」作為應用PBL 的入門課程,本文目的乃依「教學規劃模式」探討90-94 學年「護理理論與專科護理學理論」課程設計之變革,以增進此入門課程教與學的品質,根據行動研究法,內容分析結果為:1.針對影響「課程設計」之情境因素的理念宗旨、學制法令、學生特質、教師特質、資源,予以說明其變革;2.對「課程設計」要項:課程目標、課程內容、教學策略、教學評值之現象說明。本研究結果強調「問題導向學習」的教學結構面,可作為在護理教育中應用PBL的理念架構及課程設計參考,至於教學過程及評值仍有待進一步研究。

英文摘要

The Problem Based Learning (PBL) approach has been widely applied in nursing educationalreform in recent years, an example being the application of the course "Nursing Theories inGeneraland Specialty" as the foundation course in the master degree nursing program. This study willdescribe, based on the Shiau's education designmodel, the evolution of curriculumdesign fromtheacademic year 2001 through 2005, with the objective to improve teaching quality of the "NursingTheories in General and Specialty" course.
Based on the action research methodology, the outcomes of the study include (1) contextualfactors such asmission, law, student characteristic, faculty characteristic, and resources influencesthe course design and (2) the description elements of course design such as objectives, contents,strategies, and teaching evaluation. The findings of this study give emphasis to the pedagogicalstructure of PBL and that it can be used as a reference in adopting PBL concept in nursingeducation. Further analysis of the teaching process and evaluation is needed.
