目的:手術室經驗是新進醫護人員就職時最缺乏的部份,本研究設計一套以手術工作需求為目的之教學模式,適合新進醫護人員進入職場時能及早調適。材料與方法:研究針對新進人員於教學上課前、上課後及上課後一週至工作環境後予以自我評值學習效果。結果:本研究有效問卷共91 份,結果顯示新進醫護人員在上課前熟悉度都相當低,而在上課後每位學習者評值分數都變得相當高,但當上課後一週進入工作職場時評值分數則又降低許多;學習者身份為主要影響分數高低之因素(P <.05)。關於滿意度方面,以對教學方法與內容滿意度最高,而對考試方法則相對較不滿意。結論:此教學模式之方法、內容與設計仍需要持續改善,例如增加工作經驗分享及圖片介紹、媒體教學等,以減少進入手術室工作環境後適應期,因此期望未來能朝此方向持續加強。
Objectives: Gaining experience in the operating room (OR) is a great need for all new staffmembers. In this study, we designed a teaching model with the aim of helping new OR staff meetthe job requirements and adjusting themselves to the work environment at an early time.Materials and Methods: This study used self-administered surveys to evaluate new staffmembers before, immediately after, and 1week after the teaching class. Results: Survey responseswere obtained from 91 newstaff members.Wefound that the trainee performance scores were lowbefore the class started; after the class, significant improvements in performance scores wereobserved. However, the performance scores declined again 1 week after the classes had ended. Atrainee's background was a predictor of performance scores (p < 0.05). Trainees were highlysatisfied with the teaching method and teaching contents; however, the examination method mayneed further improvements. Conclusions: By sharing work experiences and adoptingmultimedia technology, we believe we can further enhance our teaching methods for new staffmembers to provide them the necessary knowledge in a timely manner to work in the OR.
