本文針對視障需求提出一個手持多維條碼辨識裝置，其中包含32位元SoC晶片與周邊裝置，接收條碼辨識資料，並查詢儲存在SD卡的商品資料，播放相對應的MP3語音資訊；或透過藍牙將商品條碼回傳智慧型手機連網查詢。該系統能提高視障者獨立於居家、社區及商場等公共場所之生活便利性。

For visually impaired, we provide a handheld multi-dimensional barcode device, which includes a 32-bit SoC and peripheral IOs (barcode scanner, buttons, microphone, speaker, etc.). According to the barcode scanner input, system will return with corresponding built-in voice information stored in SD card or transmit the unknown barcode to mobile phone by Bluetooth to search on networks. With such a device, visually impaired person can get goods contents more easily, rapidly and independently.
