臺灣推動生命教育近20年來,無論在政策、學術研究、課程與教學,以及師資培育上都有突破性的發展,教育部於2000年宣布設立「生命教育委員會」,訂2001年為「生命教育年」,使「生命教育」成為主流教育議題,落實於學校教育中,以提升學子生命的涵養與韌性,培養正向的生命價值觀,建構美好的生命歷程。本文探討生命教育在臺灣的發展、問題與前瞻,深盼生命教育能在教育制度、課程與教學、師資培育上更深入扎根、在地化,並成為教育文化的一部分。

英文摘要

Taiwan to promote life education to tens of years, there is a breakthrough development. The Ministry of Education announced in terms of policy, academic research, curriculum and instruction, and teacher education in 2000 set up a “Life Education Committee,”set in 2001 for “Life Education”, leading life education to become mainstreaming. Theimplementation of life education in schools, students can enhance conservation and toughness of life, cultivate a positive life values, construct a better life course. This paper discusses the development of life education in Taiwan, issues and prospects, with much hope that life education can be more deeply rooted in education system, curriculum and teaching, teacher training, and become a part of education and culture.
