臨床實習是護理教育核心,學生經由模仿學習表現出護理專業的特質,其中找到護理典範尤其重要。學校期待到醫院中實習的護生,可以從臨床護理人員身上學習到護理的專業角色,落實培養學生具備八大核心素養之能力。目前國內外鮮少探討護理典範的相關研究,而樹立可作為護生學習效仿的護理典範,已是刻不容緩之事。研究目的為了解專科護理實習學生對臨床護理典範之看法及探討影響護生看法之因素。研究設計採橫斷式問卷調查進行資料收集,以桃園地區某醫護管理專科學校至教學醫院兒科病房、產科病房、內外科病房實習的護理學生為研究對象進行方便取樣。研究工具為自編問卷「專科護理實習學生對護理典範之看法問卷量表」,CVI值介於0.85-1.0,Cronbach’s α值為0.96,共發出問卷300份,有效問卷共283份(94.3%)。結果發現(1)護生認為護理典範需具備最重要的行為專業技能構面為工作中主動與其他醫療團隊討論照護問題或病人健康問題;專業人文素養構面為把該做的事認真負責徹底完成;自我成長構面為對工作經驗不足的事物能虛心學習。(2)護生對護理典範需具備行為的看法會因對護理的興趣高低而有顯著差異。本研究結果可提供醫院規劃培育護理臨床教師課程之參考,以樹立臨床護理典範建構優質實習環境,提升臨床護理教學品質。

英文摘要

Clinical internship is the core of nursing education. Nursing students look to professional nurses as role models to learn how professional nurses should behave. Nursing paradigms are especially important. Nursing students to learn from the experience, clinical skills, and behavior of professional nurses and go on to develop the eight core nursing competencies. However, currently there is a shortage of studies which is investigating nursing paradigms. It is imperative for hospitals to begin setting up nursing paradigms for nursing students immediately. This study aimed to explore the viewpoints of nursing students toward clinical nursing paradigm and and investigate factors affecting their viewpoints. In this quantitative, cross-sectional survey study, questionnaires were used to collect data. The subjects were selected through convenience sampling from medical and nursing college students in Taoyuan Taiwan. Those students are intern nurses who worked at pediatric wards, obstetrics wards, internal medicine wards, and surgery wards in hospital. A structured scale questionnaire designed by the investigator was employed as an instrument to investigate the viewpoints of the subjects toward nursing paradigms. CVI rating was 0.85-1.00. The scale's Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient was 0.96. Of 300 questionnaires sent to nursing students from nursing college, 283 (94.3%) were returned and used in analysis. Results: 1.The professional characteristic the most important nursing paradigms were supposed to demonstrate was showing that to actively discuss with other medical team for health care and patient healthy problems. The interpersonal characteristic nursing paradigms were supposed to demonstrate was seriously responsible for their own things and the self-development characteristic nursing paradigms were supposed to demonstrate was how to remain humble and willing to learn about relatively unfamiliar realms of nursing. 2. Nursing students think the nursing paradigms of nursing behavior will be significant differences in perception because of the level of interest in nursing. The findings provided useful recommendations for future designs of preceptor training and for future development of clinical nursing paradigm to promote the concept of quality nursing care and construction of good environmental practice to enhance quality of clinical nursing education.
