本文試圖討論在創業過程中，以家族 關係做為社會資本的重要來源所產生的影 響。研究指出，企業家精神在展現社會資 本的生產性質中具有正面意義。在本案例 所呈現的場域中，企業家的策略則可視為 其做為一個行動者的進取性所在。 在本文的個案中，義務邊界係指企業 家透過區分家族成員與企業家兩種角色， 將對家族資源的利用與家族義務的履行都 約束在家族成員角色之下，從而產生了將 義務約束在企業家角色邊界之外的效果。 該個案的理論意義在於，強調企業家區別 家族成員與企業家角色對其事業發展的現 實意義，以及企業家為區別兩種角色所採 取的行動策略，對企業家在處理家族秩序 與經濟理性之間關係的重要性。

The paper tries to discuss the social capital effect of family relationship as a key resource at the entrepreneurship process. The study demonstrates that entrepreneur-ship has a positive effect on the dimension of reflecting the productive nature of social capital. Whereas in the field from the case, entrepreneur^ strategy could be seen as an actor’s initiative. In the Chinese star-ups, an entrepreneur often employs the social capital from his/her extended family members. On the one hand, this strategy reduces the huge cost in the beginning stage of the enterprise. But on the other hand, the blurring of economic rationale and family duty makes the governance mechanisms fail. So, the entrepreneur often needs to build up a boundary of family duty to protect his/her corporate governance from disturbance of family members. This paper analyses the process of using social capital and building duty boundary by illustrating a case of suc-cessful star-up.
