「世界和平與人類幸福」是全世界人民追求之目標，雖然二十一世紀全球教育更加普 及，高科技研發也加速發達，區域經濟聯盟國也更增加，企業全球化投資金額也加倍成長， 國與國間相互依存也益深密。然而因各國民族、種族、宗教信仰等文化之差異，以至產生 1.戰爭與暴力2.經濟搾取、環境破壞3.企業倫理的危機等問題仍然發生，這些都出自於人 民對「和平共生精神」之缺乏、「倫理道德」之不足，世界各國對教育的偏失所造成。此 外，隨著社會環境的變遷，在競爭激烈的現代社會，經濟型態日益複雜，企業社會大眾的 影響力也越來越大，現在企業決策影響的不只是企業内部人員而已，民眾生活與社會的秩 序也受到影響，企業領導者扮演的角色越來越重要，其管理思維是否符合倫理道德的標準 也越來越受到外界的重視。 本研究目的即希望透過相關資料的搜集與分析後，探討領導者管理思維與員工士氣之 關係，並檢視地球市民教育之干擾效果。在研究樣本上，以英美日在台子公司作為調查樣 本，且以高科技之光電與半導體產業之管理人員為研究對象。研究結果顯示領導者的管理 思維對員工士氣呈正向關係，即領導者的管理思維和平文化經營理念越深，員工士氣越 高；地球市民教育對領導者管理思維與員工士氣有干擾之效果，若大學能落實地球市民教 育，則能提高領導者管理思維與員工士氣。
