本文針對近年來教育部進行統合視導與評鑑項目過多對學校所產生的負面影響進行論述,並以《親子天下》與作者於2014年所進行的後教改中小學學校現場問卷調查為據,指出當前評鑑所產生的諸多負面效應。其次,本文以校務評鑑所可能產生的各項議題為基準,檢視國內進行學校校務評鑑的各項缺失以及其對於學校的影響,並據以提出因應的改善策略。

英文摘要

This paper is aimed at analyzing the recent issues concerning the negative effects of the implementation of integrated supervision and school institutional evaluation initiated by the Department of Education and local government. Using the survey results of “Education, Parenting and Family Lifestyle” and the “Post-Educational Reform Investigation” as evidences, this paper firstly addressed that the practices of evaluation programs has generated a series of problems, which have bad influences on schools evaluated. Secondly, this paper discussed some major issues which are highly connected with the school evaluation system, and listed some important drawbacks found within the process of evaluation. To conclude this paper, some practical suggestions are proposed to improve the quality of school evaluation system.
