本研究旨在探究臺南市國中教師知覺十二年國民基本教育入學方式之觀念與路徑的研究,採分層隨機抽樣方式,共抽取456人,問卷有效回收410份,有效回收率89.91%。依據研究結果分析與討論,獲致下列結論:臺南市國中教師對十二年國教入學方式觀念與路徑認同度為中下程度;「觀念認同度」在不同性別、服務年資、現任職務及學校規模達顯著差異;「路徑認同度」在不同性別、年齡、學歷、服務年資、現任職務及學校規模達顯著差異。最後,根據研究結果提出若干建議,俾供教育主管單位、國民中學校長及未來研究之參考。

英文摘要

This research investigated junior high schools teachers’ perception of Twelve-year basic education enrollment mode in Tainan city. In the study, 456 junior high school teachers were randomly selected as stratified samples. Each was given a uniform questionnaire, and 410 valid questionnaires were retrieved. The following conclusions were drawn from this study: junior high school teachers in Tainan City had mean to the lower level at “concept of perception” and “path of perception” of twelve-year compulsory education enrollment mode; there were significant differences in some background variables on “concept of perception” and “path of perception”. According to the findings and conclusions given above, the study proposed recommendations for educational authorities, junior high school teachers, and future researches.
