本研究目的在探討補救教學政策的執行問題,透過文件分析法針對本研究所蒐集到的文本資料進行分析。結果發現有五項主要的問題,包括「原本的教學機制直接作用在補救教學」、「未對受輔學生進行個別化學習輔導方案」、「學生學習檔案與教師教學檔案的成效不佳」、「未充分運用線上教材且制式化教材的使用仍然普遍」、「線上施測結果並未有效連結於教師的教和學生的學」。接著,本研究從教育行政機關以及學校執行面的角度進一步提出五點可供思考和建議的面向,最後綜以結語。

英文摘要

The purpose of this research is to discuss the execution problems of the remedial teaching policy. The data collected were analyzed by document analysis, and five major problems were identified, including “original teaching mechanism application on remedial teaching”, “no individual learning guidance program for counseled students”, “the bad effect of student’s learning file and teacher’s teaching file”, “insufficient use of online materials and regularized materials”, and “online test results fail to link teacher’s teaching and student’s learning”. Moreover, this research proposed five dimensions from the angles of educational administrative institute and school execution for consideration and suggestion. Finally, conclusions were provided.
