The essay aims to explore the current behaviorism of junior college students. In the current education in Taiwan, there emerges a deficiency in ethical education training. Junior college education has been rapidly evolved with multi-dimensional entrance alternatives, and so 95 % of students are allowed to go to college. So do those incapable students who are guaranteed to get access to the higher academic training. Some of them intend to make use of the revolutionary policy of education, but eventually they give it up for going abroad to advance their studies. For this, there involves another problem: the transplantation of brain drain. On the other, students are lack of thoughtful mind and empathy. Not only do they keep discursive opinions and attitudes on campus, but also they are irresponsible for what they do. As a result, a butterfly effect is involved, too: the unhealthy formation of their personality. Most people ascribe this strange phenomenon to low birth rate in this decade and schools spoil students. However, I would like to assume that parents are responsible for children’s education. Students are spoiled and overprotected so that they might lose their natural capacities to survive. In this research which analyzes the deficiency of current education phenomenon, we are in hope that this study can be a reference to how Taiwan in the future implements life education on campus.
