中文摘要

本研究的目的是希望以生涯輔導的理念為基礎,探討大學生的生涯發展之需求,並分析大學階段之生涯規劃課程,在課程規劃與施行的過程是否達到教學成效,發揮生涯輔導的功能,協助大學生完成生涯發展的任務。經由探討相關文獻發現,不管大學生在大學生活經驗中,或大學畢業生在職涯發展的歷程中,皆面臨一些學習問題和適應困境。從生涯發展的理論,學者提出大學生生涯發展的具體內涵,與大學教育應提供的生涯輔導的方式與主題等;筆者藉由理論檢視開設的生涯規劃課程,發現課程不足的地方,如果改進課程規劃,也許更可幫助學生適應大學生活與學習,且有助於大學畢業生的職涯適應。最後,更針對大學教育中的生涯輔導,提出幾點建議,期待在大學教育中有一系列完整的生涯輔導理念與實踐。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to discuss the class of career planning in Chaoyang University of Technology. The class of career planning is a kind of the service of career guidance for assisting students in their career development in college. From the relative researches, finding the results that college students face some problems during the college experience, and college graduates have difficulties to adapt to their vocation development. According to career development, the class of career planning could provide some help in career development for college students. The author try to evaluate the class of career planning in college. Finally, this article provides several suggestions to improve the class of career planning that will increase more help about career guidance for college students to cope with college experience and vocation experience.
