本文首從地球生態危機談起，整個生物圈面臨有史以來最嚴重的生態挑戰，需要解決，次段以亞當.史密斯的無形之手的概念，反省今世的經濟學中的自由經濟思想及其潛在問題，並期待企業在新一波的生態產業革命中能發揮影響力，再就生態倫理處理人與自然間的和諧與夥伴關係，探討人類的應走之路，同時解釋了生態倫理的核心價值，接著以符合生態效益、綠色資本主義條件的國內企業為例，說明生態與經濟並不衝突，最後以共享一片天空、同懷道德律則為吾人衷心企盼，透過生態倫理的認知、行動，建立文明視野中的企業責任與經濟新秩序作結。

This paper sets out to delineate the illness of earth and the essentiality to map out the severest ecological crisis happened in the whole biosphere. Then, the concept of Adam Smith’s invisible hands was occupied to reflect the contemporary economical thoughts and its potential issues. Moreover, corporate is expected to exert its influence on solving that ecological crisis in the new wave of ecological industry revolution. Thereafter, applying ecological ethics to deal with the harmonious partner relationship among species and nature and discuss the way that mankind ought to head. Also, the core value of ecological ethics was explained, those domestic companies fitted the enological efficiency and natural capitalism was taken as an example to justify there is no trade-off between ecology and economy. Finally, with public interest and moral rule to set up the corporate liability and new economical order based upon the prospects of civilization that is exactly the way we are expecting to head.
