當前世界各國紛紛致力於推動素養導向教育,以確保學生具備未來社會所需的素養,幫助學生個人的生涯發展和促進社會經濟的發展;而培育具有素養的教師,則是發展學生素養的關鍵所在。因此,素養導向的教師教育,更具有其時代的重要性。本文旨在探究素養導向教師教育的核心理念、面臨挑戰與實踐作為。首先詮釋素養導向教師教育的意義和價值;其次分析素養導向教師教育的核心理念,包括全人發展、務實致用、統整學習、省思精進、專業成長等;復次剖析素養導向教師教育面臨的挑戰;最後提出素養導向教師教育的實踐作為,包括厚實師資培育機構教師之素養認知,以利培育師資生必備素養等六大項。

英文摘要

The current world’s major countries are committed to promoting competency-based education to ensure that students have the necessary key competencies of the future society to help students develop their personal career and enhance social and economic development. The enrichment of teacher competencies is the key to the development of student key competencies. Therefore, the competency-based teacher education has its value and importance. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the ideas and challenges of competency-based teacher education and related practice strategies. First, it explains the concept and value of competencybased teacher education. Next, it describes its core concept. This includes well-rounded education, pragmatic approach, integrative learning, reflective and improvement, professional growth. Then, it discusses the challenges of competency-based education. Finally, it presents strategies of implementation including to develop the understanding of competency for teacher-training college professors and cultivating the competencies of pre-service teachers, so on.
