本研究旨在探討臺北市國民中學校長分布式領導與教師組織公民行為之關係,並依據研究結果提出建議。首先,進行文獻探討,建立研究架構與工具。其次,以臺北市公立國民中學教師為研究對象,透過取樣進行問卷調查,總計有效樣本為494份,分別以描述統計、t考驗、變異數分析、相關分析等統計方法加以分析。依據研究結果之分析,本研究主要研究發現如下:(一)臺北市國民中學校長分布式領導整體現況大致良好。(二)教師對校長分布式領導的知覺,不會因教師性別、年齡、現任職務、年資、校長性別及校長現任學校年資之不同而有所差異。(三)臺北市國民中學教師組織公民行為整體現況大致良好。(四)教師對教師組織公民行為的知覺,不會因教師性別、年齡、現任職務、年資、校長性別及校長在服務學校的年資之不同而有所差異。(五)教師對教師組織公民行為的知覺,會因學校規模有顯著之差異。(六)臺北市國民中學校長分布式領導與教師組織公民行為具有顯著正向相關最後,根據研究結果提出相關建議,提供實務應用與未來研究之參考。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the principals’distributed leadership and teachers’organizational citizenship behavior in the junior high schools of the Taipei city. The research methods included literature review and questionnaire survey. The samples was collected from 494 teachers of junior high schools in Taipei City. The data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1. The junior high school teachers’ perception of the principals’ distributed leadership is good. 2. There are no differences on teachers’ perceptions of principals’ distributed leadership in terms of junior high school teachers’ different gender, age, seniority, current position, the different principal’s gender and in-service years. 3. The junior high school teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior is positive. 4. There are no differences on teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior in terms of junior high school teachers’ different gender, age, seniority, the different principal’s gender and in-service years. 5. There are significant differences on teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior in terms of different school size. 6. There is a significant positive correlation between principals’ distributed leadership and teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior. According to the findings and conclusions given above, some suggestions are provided for practical applications and future research.
