自2014年十二年國教課程總綱公布,國家教育研究院隨即展開新課程轉化的研究。研究小組邀請幾所合作學校,嘗試實踐新課程的理念與內涵。在三年的新課程試行過程中,學校成員對新課程內涵既有新認知,也有疑惑,在學校各項課程與教學面向的作為既有延續,亦有更新。本研究乃透過問卷調查了解合作學校之領導者與核心團隊教師,三年來試行十二年國教課程的狀況與反應,包含新課綱認知理解程度、學校的課程設計與規劃、總綱所示實施要點的幾個重要措施,以及過程中遇到的困難與問題等。最後,依據調查結果,提出相關建議,以供後續新課程推動工作之參考。

英文摘要

National Academy for Educational Research (NAER) started a 3-year research of curriculum transformation after twelve-year basic education curriculum guidelines had been announced in 2014. Ten elementary schools joined in the research and attempted to implement the concept and connotation of the new curriculum. School members reported that they had new understanding and doubts to the curriculum connotation during continuing and renewing their curriculum and instruction. For further exploration, this study employed questionnaire to explore the situations and reflections of twelve-year basic education curriculum implementation that included the school leaders and core team teachers’ understanding of new curriculum, their plan and design of school curriculum, schools’ preparation for the “Directions for Implementation”, and their difficulties and problems. Based on the results, this study raised several suggestions for promoting the new curriculum implementation.
