全球素養是當前國際教育的重要課題,本文將以GLOBAL模式(包含公民力、語文力、職涯力、人際力、文化力與生活力)為基礎來建構國內中小學全球素養培育之校園指標檢視系統。全文分成五大內涵:一、回顧全球素養之相關研究彙整其主要內涵;二、介紹GLOBAL模式之六大核心能力;三、彙整全球化之校園指標系統;四、採用循環模式建構中小學全球素養培育之校園檢核機制;五、提出中小學全球素養培育之建言,例如研發指標系統、分析學校困境、組成共學團體、校園方案推動、定期自我檢視。

英文摘要

Global competence is an important topic in current international education. Based on the GLOBAL model (including: Global citizenship, Language ability, Occupation, Befriend, Acculturation, Lifestyle), we construct a GLOBAL campus indicator system for primary and secondary schools. The article is divided into five parts. The first part reviews the related research on global competence and summarizes its main componence. The second part introduces the six core competencies of the GLOBAL model. The third part summarizes the global campus indicator system in Taiwan. The fourth part uses a circular model to illustrate the role of the campus indicators system in the cultivation of the global competence. The final, we offer suggestions for the cultivation of global competence in primary and secondary schools like Development of indicator system, study of school dilemmas, formation of co-educational groups, promotion of campus programs, regular self-examination.
