The discrete model of the inhomogeneous GM(1,1) power model is obtained by changingthe inhomogeneous GM(1,1) power model. According to the discrete model, the time responseformula with any term as the initial value is derived, and the general term formula is obtained bydeformation treatment. Then, under the objective function with the minimum average relativeerror, the parameters in the general term formula are optimized at the same time to obtain theoptimal parameter value, and summarize the modeling steps. At last, different models areestablished through examples, and the simulation accuracy is compared to verify the operabilityand superiority of the model in this paper.
