The main object of this research is to develop DPGDA/GMA/MSMA/TiO2 organic/ inorganic nanocomposites with good heat resistance, high hardness and adhesion, good transparence in visible, UV-shielding and anti-static properties by sol-gel reaction. The main steps are through the reaction for pH=3 under 45 minutes to get the active silanol intermediate, second, to carry out surface organophilic modification to obtain MSMA/TiO2 composite, third, to process heat shrinkable ring-opening polymerization to obtain GMA/MSMA/TiO2 composite, finally, to process UV free radical photopolymerization to obtain a cross-linking structure of DPGDA/GMA/MSMA/TiO2 nanocomposite after mixing and stir dispersion. When the final product is obtained, the paper uses FT-IR spectra to get the optimal ratio of reaction time with weight content, and also uses TGA, UV-Vis, super megohmeter, pencil hardness tester and adhesion test, to do the testing of all of the physical characteristic respectively, which include heat resistance, visible light transmittance and ultraviolet ray shielding of optical film, antistatic test, hardness and adhesion test. The new product not only had 9H hardness, but also had 4B cross-cut.
