本研究以ADAMS軟體建構某市售1800 cc轎車全車煞車系統模型,在設定模型規格和各类参数并驗證此煞車模型的正確性后,以車速70 km/hr,煞車踏板力量為80 N的煞車模型為基礎,針對不同的煞車碟片與煞車碟盤摩擦係數、車架重量、煞車總泵迴路型式進行模擬,研究各項參數對刹車距離和刹車時間的影響,研究結果為車輛煞車系統的初步設計以及運用在電腦輔助工程上的可能性提供帮助。

英文摘要

Computer-aided engineering is one of the promising methodology in advanced mechanical system design. The topic of this thesis is the computer simulation modeling of vehicle brake system. The commercial software ADAMS is selected to solving the general dynamic system. The configuration and layout of vehicle brake system is supported by automobile manufacturer. A real scale vehicle chassis structure is simplified created by “H” type frame. However, the brake system is generated in detail from brake pedal to the tire. The simulation is performed by variation of the brake pedal force from 20 N to 100 N in step of 20 N to investigate the deceleration and the brake distance at speed of 70 Km/hr under the brake disk friction coefficient (0.27), the weight of frame (1300 Kg) and the hydraulic loop. The results are compared with the experiment data provided by ARTC (Automotive Research & Testing Center) in favorable acceptation. Parameters study of brake disk friction coefficient, the weight of frame and the brake loop type is simulated based on brake pedal force 80 N at speed of 70 Km/hr. It is reasonable to the simulation results. This provides the designer an alternative approach in preliminary design of the vehicle brake system and the possibility of computer-aided engineering in advanced technology.
