本研究採用問卷調查法,探討高雄管樂節演出團隊與觀眾之參與動機與滿意度,結果顯示:演出團隊的參與動機為「增加團員舞台表演經驗」、「強化團員心理素質」、「增加交流的機會」與「學習欣賞他團優點」,演出團隊對服務品質構面具有極高的滿意度;觀眾的參與動機為「對管樂活動有興趣」、「增加欣賞經驗」、「觀摩學習」、「追求臨場感」、「休閒娛樂」,觀眾也是對服務品構面感到最滿意。

英文摘要

This research adopts survey methodology, attempts to understand the participation motivation and satisfaction of performing arts groups and audiences the Kaohsiung Wind Band Festival. Results show that the performing arts groups participation motivations are “increase the performance experience of the group members,” “enhance the psychological quality of the group members,” “increase opportunities for communication” and “learn and appreciate the advantages of other groups.” The performing arts groups has a very high level of service quality. The audience’s participation motives are “interested in wind music activities”, “increase appreciation experience,” “observation and learning,” “ pursue a sense of presence,” “leisure and entertainment, “ and the audience is also most satisfied with the aspect of service products.
