在全球暖化影響下,空氣品質成為各國關注的議題,燃油車輛逐年被電動車輛取代以改善都市區域汙染。電動車電池因時間增加而降低效能及容量,需進行更換。本文深入探討電動車輛動力電池達使用年限進行更換後,此類汰役電池重新運用並投入至工業用戶進行儲能充放電應用,以降低台電電價契約容量並改善用戶電價成本為目標條件,分析運用此類電池儲能前之二段式電價及加入汰役電池儲能控制後之電價比較,分析汰役電池再利用之經濟效益。
Due to the effect of climate change, the air quality issue is concerned around the world. In order to improve the air pollution of the urban area, the fuel vehicles are replaced by the electrical vehicles gradually. The battery needed to be replaced after usage of a period of time. This paper discussed these abandoned electrical vehicles’ batteries reused in the industry sector to reduce the contract capacity and electricity cost. An economic analysis is performed in this paper to study the effect of retired batteries on the electricity cost of a two-stage time electricity price system.
