全球各國致力實現能源轉型目標,如歐盟最近宣布「碳邊境調整機制」(CBAM)以期達到全球碳中和目標。相關要求對台灣的高碳排產業,尤其是鋼鐵、水泥、石化和台電等,形成了新的巨大貿易壁壘,可能導致競爭力下降和訂單流失。為因應此挑戰,氫能被視為潔淨、可再生的能源,但在各工業領域廣泛應用材料中,因氫脆所造成不可預測破壞金屬結構的極大風險,直接間接地的引起相關設備效益不足和成本提高。因此,為實現達到更高壓力氫氣輸送的經濟效益目標並解決高強度鋼材的氫脆問題,本文回顧各先進團隊研發趨勢,尤其在產業可實際應用上的方法,探討防氫氣滲透阻隔層的相關技術,為設備應用上解決管件氫脆問題,提供氫能產業體系建構安全的關鍵基礎。

英文摘要

As the world strives to achieve energy transition goals, recent initiatives such as the CBAM aim to facilitate global carbon neutrality objectives. However, these requirements pose significant challenges for Taiwan industries, and create substantial trade barriers that may result in decreased competitiveness and potential order losses. In response to this challenge, hydrogen energy is recognized as a clean and renewable energy source. However, the substantial risk of hydrogen embrittlement presents unpredictable damage to metal structures, directly or indirectly impacting equipment performance, leading to inadequate efficiency and increased costs. To achieve economic goals by high-pressure hydrogen transportation methods, this paper reviews trends in related research. This review focuses on practical applications within industries and explores technologies related to preventing hydrogen permeation through barrier layers in pipeline components for the secure construction of hydrogen energy systems.
