本研究的目的，旨在探討花蓮地區國民小學教師專業成長情況與差異情形。為達本研究之目的，先蒐集並閱覽有關教師專業成長之相關文獻，並加以整理、分析與歸納，作為設計以及修訂問卷之依據。接著，以花蓮地區公立國民小學教師為調查問卷施測對象，實施問卷調查，就所得資料進行資料處理與統計分析，並輔以實際訪談以互相印證，蒐集相關資料，深入探究其相關因素，提高研究結果的可信度。依據理論之探討與實徵分析結果，本研究獲致下列結論，並提出具體之建議，以供教育應用上以及未來研究之參考。

Th e purpose of this study was to examine the current conditions of
teachers’ professional growth and to analyze the diff erences of teachers’
demographic variables and schools’ environmental variables. Th is study
adopts research methodologies of literature review, questionnaire survey,
and interview. Th e subject teachers were randomly drawn from the
national elementary schools in Hualien county. Finally, based on the
results, suggestions for educational to applications and future studies are
proposed.
