中文摘要

本論文是以牛頓重力理論為出發點,論述人體在運動生物力學上,如何有效地應用重力效應,以取得最佳的成績表現。經由討論得知:一、在高海拔、低緯度的運動場上,人體或投擲器具的運動方向由西向束時,可獲得較小的重力束縛。二、判定人體動作是否平衡時,應去除不能活動的關節自由度。三、當人體各肢體肌肉所產生的動力,剛好等於阻力與外力,所須的能量時,會使各肢體的動能與位能達成相互轉換的效果,此時,以Lagrange方程式可解出人體的最小機械能量消耗。四、在運動生物力學上,以牛頓重力理論來處理人體重力問題,較愛因斯坦的重力理論更具有實際意義。

英文摘要

This essy, based on the Newton's gravitational law, describes how human beings can make effective use of the grvitational effect on sports biomechanics. Through the discussion, the conslusion is as follows: 1.To obtain less gravity, the competition should take place in sports field of low latitudes and high sea level, and the direction of the body action or throwing tools should be from the west to the east. 2. In judging if the human action is balanced, the degree of freedom of nonmoving joints should not be taken into consideration. 3. Ifthe force produced by muscle of segments is equal to the energy against resistant force and external force, the kinetic energy nd potential energy will be able to interchange. At this moment, the mechanical energy expenditure will be the least. 4. In dealing with the human gravitational prob!emit is more practical to use Newton's gravitational law than to use Einstein's.
