本研究旨在探討國民中學科技領導與行政管理創新的現況、困境與因應策略,並分析科技領導對行政管理創新之影響。為達致上述研究目的,本研究採用問卷調查以及訪談研究方法,並使用敘述統計、積差相關、逐步多元迴歸進行資料分析。研究發現如下:1.環境政策的支持與成員的自我動力,是促使科技領導與行政管理創新在國民中學發展最關鍵的因素;2.在科技領導部分,雖然學校科技設備的擴充運作情形良好,卻顯少重視事後的評鑑發展;3.在行政管理創新部分,要將創新理念思維付諸實行於行政工作中仍有其難度;4.學校科技領導確實能有效提升行政管理創新的程度。此外,亦依據研究結果,提出相關建議供有關單位及人員之參考。

英文摘要

The main purposes of this study were to investigate the current situations, difficulties, and coping strategies of technology leadership and administration innovation of junior high schools in Taipei City, and to explore the impact of technology leadership on administration innovation. Both quantitative data from questionnaire survey and qualitative data from interview were used in this study. With regard to the data analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation, stepwise multiple regression analysis were used. According to the findings of the study, conclusions are synthesized as follows: 1.Supports of policies and self-motivations of members are the most powerful key factors to stimulate the development of technology leadership and administration innovation in junior high schools. 2. Although school staffs pay many attention on “support and management offacilities”, they ignore “assessment and evaluation” in technology leadership. 3. It’s difficult to put innovative ideas into practice in administration innovation. 4. Technology leadership in school is indeed helpful to administration innovation. Based on the research fi ndings, several suggestions are offered for authorities of educational administration, junior high schools, and principals.
