本計畫之研發目標為開發尖端智慧感測技術與服務，使民眾能透過技術之研發與應用，享有健康舒適、安心安全自動化及低碳都會之優質現代生活。在技術方面，將透過智慧感測網路服務與技術之開發，使得裝置智慧化、操作簡單化、服務自動化及介面標準化，提供多元之感測裝置及感測服務，以開創一個無所不在的智慧生活。在預期成果方面，希望本計畫研發之智慧感測網路裝置及系統所需之核心技術，能扮演關鍵技術領導者，引領國內WSN產業技術升級。
英文摘要
The project goal is to develop a top intelligent sensing technology, so to bring people a modern urban life with high quality: healthy, comfortable, safe, with automatic service and low carbon. By the development of intelligent sensor web service and its technology, we have intellectualized the device through its simplified operation, automatic service, and standardized interface. This diverse sensor device and service opens a ubiquitous intelligent life for us. This project will develop core technology required for an intelligent sensor network, and lead the WSN industry technology to upgrade.
