本研究旨在了解國民中學實施攜手計畫課後扶助教育政策現況,以99年度高雄市(未縣市合併)40所國民中學為對象,歸納研究結果提出結論:1.任課教師了解攜手計畫課後扶助在於提升弱勢學生基礎學科能力:2.任課教師以近於個別化教學策略進行補救教學:3.教學內容以補救教學為主:4.教師認為受輔學生學習意願低落:5.上課時間、科目、場地、師資等多種因素影響學生參與課後學習輔導,且提出教育行政機關推動相關教育政策及進一步研究之建議。
The study aims to understand the current educational policy in senior high schools with the after school alternative program. 40 senior high schools in Kaohsiung were involved in the research in 2010. The researcher generalized the results and concluded that: 1. Teachers understand the purpose of the after school alternative program is to promote the fundamental abilities for disadvantage students. 2. Teachers apply a compensatory teaching method via one-to-one teaching strategy. 3. The compensatory teaching method is the main teaching contents. 4. Teachers think that students have low motivation in studying. 5. Different factors affect students to participate the after school alternative program, such as timetable, subjects, locations of classrooms, and teachers. The researcher therefore brings up related educational policy to the government with further suggestions.
